Blister Packing Machine ABM-I Manual - Maintenance

Maintenance of the machine is very important, maintenance can increase the life of the machine, and less unnecessary trouble.The following is the basic content of the Blister Packing Machine ABM-I maintenance.

• Environment for installation and using: room temperature, and please do not use the machine in the environment of high temperature, humid, acid or alkaline, otherwise the service life, efficiency and precision of the machine will be affected.
• Tools and materials for cleaning: wire brush, dry soft cloth and compressed air
• Before operating, please check:
  • Whether the screws of moving parts loosen, please tighten then immediately if there is any looseness.
  • Whether there is debris inside the mold.
  • Whether the pipeline and joints of the air compressor are reliable, and any looseness or leakage. shall be fixed in time.
  • Whether the power supply and temperature controller are ok, and whether the power cord is damaged.
  • Whether the machine is in good condition during testing. Any abnormality shall be solved in time. Also check whether the sealed blister sheet meet requirements, if not, adjust the machine.
• After operation, the work surface needs to be cleaned up. Check whether there are impurities on the mold surface. Use a wire brush to clean the work surface, and the rest part of the machine shall be cleaned by a dry soft cloth.
• Cleaning
  • Use a dry soft cloth to clean up the machine surface. For placed with may dust and cannot be cleaned by the cloth, use compressed air for cleaning.
• Regular maintenance
  • Clean the machine surface regularly.
  • Maintain the mold regularly.
  • Regularly check whether the bearing inside the operating area can move smoothly. There are in total 6 bearings, 3 on the left, and 3 on the right.
  • If the machine is out of service for a long time, turn off the power switch unplug the power cord, and cover the machine with a dust cover.
