Introduction
Metal Detector T68 is a specialized metal detector that aims to detect and reject metal within tablets, capsules or granules. Outfitted with imported control system which is of high precision, high sensitivity and high stability, this machine can be applied to detecting and removing magnetic and non-magnetic metal foreign bodies in tablets and capsules, and even small metal chips and metal wires embedded in the product. The machine can detect 100% of running materials, reduce material loss, avoid drug pollution caused by metal foreign bodies, and keep the pollution to the lowest limit.
Working Principle
The material passes through the detection coil and slides down due to the angle of inclination. Once metal is detected, the rejecting cover plate starts to work to reject the material containing metal impurities from the waste port.
