Installation & test

For Capsule & Tablet Counting Machine HD-100, Use a 19mm socket wrench to remove the M12 acorn nut from the top of the spindle, and then remove the gland. When installing the counting mold, please adjust the distance between the upper closing ring of the cover and the counting mold to be 1mm, and ensure there is no collision, and the install the gland.

Operation

Connect the machine to the power, turn on the main power switch, and adjust the parameters of the counting mold controllers (do not exceed 1).

Put capsules or tablets (the counting mold for capsules and tablets are different, and can be customized), and turn on the vibrator switch and adjust the vibration. The wave band needs to be set as half wave. And finally set the operation speed.

Please note that for 110V machine, only needs to turn on the vibrator switch.

When bottling, place the bottle or bag under the discharging port touching the discharging switch to make the counting mold rotate.

Precautions

The machine is not suitable for counting capsules or tablets that are affected with damp.

The counting mold shall not be stressed, otherwise, the operation will be affected.

Please unplug the machine after using, or the service life of the speed controller will be affected.

Please chose an appropriate counting mold according to the size of capsules and tablets.

Counting mold replacement: remove the M12 acorn nut from the top of the spindle, and then remove the gland and the counting mold in order. For installation, the sequence is reversed. Please adjust the distancebetween the upper closing ring of the cover and the counting mold to be 1mm, and ensure there is no collision.
