Discharge for two bottles at the same time.

The screw of the discharging direction changing flipper loosens.

Tighten the screw.

The number on panel does not change.

Strong light.

Move the machine to the indoor.

The sensor socket is not well plugged in.

Re-plug the socket.

Poor contact of the shielding wire plug caused by looseness of the soldered dot or internal copper disconnection.

Re-welding or re-wiring.

In above situation, the sensor indicator will not light up.

Incorrect counting.

Capsules /tablets overlap caused by fast counting speed.

Lower the counting speed.

Fragments are mixed in.

Remove fragments.

The feeding hopper is too high, which causes capsules /tablets overlap.

Re-adjust the hopper height.

Sensor is covered by powder.

Clean the sensor.

The sensitivity is not well adjusted.

Re-adjust the sensitivity.

The counting machine is placed near the window, and is exposed to sunlight.

Move the machine to the indoor.

Strong indoor natural light.

Reduce the light indoor.

Sensor aging.

Replace the sensor.

Poor contact of the shielding wire plug caused by looseness of the soldered dot or internal copper disconnection.

Re-welding, and re-wiring.

Vibrating noise.

Center screw of the vibrating tray looses.

Tighten the screw.

The outlet of the vibrating tray is contact with the inlet of the discharging channel.

Re-adjust the vibrating tray.

The hexagonal screw on the bottom and the block inside the machine are not removed.

Remove the hexagonal screw and the block.

The sensor indicator (LOAD) will light up when turn on the machine, and will go out automatically after 1.5 seconds, then the machine is ready for counting. If the dynamic counting number on the LED screen are not “0000”, reset it to be “0000”.
