Continuous Induction Sealing Machine LGYF-1500A-I: Operation Procedures

INSTRUCTIONS AND CAUTIONS

Place the Continuous Induction Sealing Machine on the working table steadily, properly grounded (Three-socket grounded directly is not proper, we should use reliable ground wire to ensure safety.) and then connect the power.

The cross section of power and ground wire should be ≤ 1.55mm2, when the voltage is not stable, (over 240V or lower than 200V), appropriate AC automatic voltage-stabilizer should be mounted in order to ensure sealing quality and protect it from damage.

This machine should be used in the condition, which is dry, clean, dustless, air-circulating, without corrosive gas and kept away from heat sources. Special emphasis: long –time working in moist , serious acid-alkali corrosive surroundings, will shorten its using time.

It is suitable for containers, which is made of plastic, glass and paper, and not for electric-conducting containers.

Induction membrane should be in accordance with the containers. And the thickness of its aluminum foil should be 0.015 ~ 0.05mm compound membrane, except aluminum foil compound membrane which use vacuum membrane-plate technology, or the sealing will not be tight enough.

OPERATION PROCEDURES

Connect 220V power, turn on its switch, the present in put voltage will be shown on the power voltmeter, turn on the cooling fan switch, wait for 3 seconds (ie, “di” sound), main circuit start to work, conveyor belt is on, press the induction button (turn on the induction switch), it’s time to test sealing effect.

CAUTIONS: It’s prohibited to turn on and off power switch continuously and quickly !!! wait for 5 seconds after turning off power switch (till the instruction of current meter disappear on the control board), and turn on the power switch again, or it’s very easy to damage main circuit.

According to the height and size of the objects, adjust the space between bottom-surface of induction head and the upper-end plane of the objects (about 2—5mm), and the width of leading railing (the center of objects and induction head should face accurately, or sealing will not be sound partly), so that the objects can go smoothly.

According to the opening diameter of objects, adjust appropriate transmission speed initially. Eg: smaller diameter, then smaller distance, the speed should be slow; on the contrary, it’s proper to enlarge its distance or accelerate transmission speed.

Turn off induction switch, put the object on the conveyor belt, which is packed with aluminum induction film (aluminum-foil surface face to the mouth of the bottle, and the paper-surface face to the cap of the bottle) and its cap tightly-screwed. Then it’s all right to test. Adjust the distance and transmission speed according to the 2 and 3 point of the sixth item. When the bottle comes out of the other end of transmission belt, loosen the cap and check sealing quality, until it reach standard, then continuous automatic sealing can be operated.

To ensure best continuous sealing condition, you need to test sealing effect repeatedly and find out best technology parameters and record it. After finishing the test, mis-changing should be prevented in normal producing, check the sealed cap-surface if it is hot by hand. If not, stop the machine immediately and find out the problem, in order to avoid the mixture of a batch of unsealed products and sealed products.

When the working current is over 5A, over-current protection device work, transmission will stop by itself. At this time, it’s proper to enlarge the distance between induction head the object, in order to decrease the current, then after turning on the power switch, start induction switch. Sealing is continuous after readjust.

When main circuit’s temperature is too high, overheat protection device work, the machine stop working automatically. When the temperature go down to the normal, the equipment will start sealing automatically.
